a quintessential English Garden wedding Dorney Court

Jen and Steven made their special day truly unforgettable with a quintessentially English garden wedding at Dorney Court. Surrounded by family and friends who flew in from America to be with them as they said ‘I do’, it was clear that this wedding was a truly special occasion.

Our first meeting

Given the current logistics, I had the pleasure of connecting with the couple through Zoom to discuss their upcoming day. They shared that it was going to be especially meaningful due to both having just overcome some health issues.

Dorney Court

Discover the secrets of Dorney Court, a Grade I listed manor house nestled in Buckinghamshire England – just four miles from Windsor. Owned by the Palmer family since 1535, this two-storey building is made out of brick and timber with a low attic and gabled roof, surrounded by a stunning moat.

Uncover picturesque gardens that have been expertly landscaped for centuries – boasting beautiful roses and wisteria!

Inside you’ll find unique furniture, paintings and objets dart from across the globe all waiting to be admired. Explore the grounds or book private tours for events with friends or family – something truly special awaits!

The Wedding day

Jen and Steven’s wedding was the perfect representation of a classic English garden ceremony. The lush greenery and vibrant flowers provided an idyllic setting for their special day.

The couple wanted a relaxed atmosphere and therefore opted out of traditional couple portraits in favor of capturing natural moments with their family and friends.

Every photo in the gallery captured the quintessential English garden wedding atmosphere, from the meaningful moments shared between loved ones to stunning sunset shots.

We were all enraptured by the captivating sounds of The Music Guy UK, and awed by the incredible Dorney Court set in the picturesque manicured gardens. Speaking our vows felt unbelievably special – it was truly a heartwarming atmosphere with perfect weather to make the day even more magical.
