As 2022 came to a close, it would be hard not to proclaim it the best year yet! With 56 weddings and delivering 40000+ images that all tell a unique story of laughter, tears of joy, and pure elation – who could deny such an amazing year?

From all the ‘I do’s I’ve had the honour of witnessing over the last five years, each and everyone has been extraordinary – 2022 included! Let me take you on a journey through my reflections of an unforgettable year.

Amazing adventures

2022 was an amazing year, full of incredible opportunities. I had the opportunity to work with some truly special international clients, like Anna and Oskar who flew in with their friends from Sweden for an unforgettable London experience – or Jen and Steven who travelled all the way from the US for a quintessential English garden party at Dorney Court Eton! It was such a joy getting to know them and hearing their uplifting stories of hope and happiness.

I had the privilege of capturing a fellow wedding photographer’s big day, which was an incredible experience and an added layer of pressure! I also enjoyed being part of weddings featuring the Silver Service Singers and shooting a breathtaking pre-wedding shoot at my favourite beaches in South Wales. Last but not least, I got to virtually visit Windsor Castle for George and Alice’s pre-wedding shoot – they were so loved by all their guests who celebrated with them at Lillebrooke Manor.

Every single wedding I had the privilege to capture in 2022 brought a unique and special moment that will stay with me forever. Before each shoot, I make sure to discuss my role as a photographer so you can get the best out of your experience.

As a documentary wedding photographer, I believe in making meaningful connections with my clients. It’s not enough to just exchange messages or have a video call – that won’t create the same level of rapport and trust as when we meet each other face-to-face. That connection is what allows me to capture your special day authentically, through amazing photos that will last a lifetime! You may see me high-fiving your family and friends as I leave your wedding too – it’s been such an honor celebrating your love with you all!
